Deep Dive Workshop-Missing in Action!

Ever feel like certain actions in your poses have wandered offon safari without telling you? Together we'll go exploring, tracking down those “wild” subtle movements that never seem to make it into the final pose.

With creative approaches and steady attention, we'll bring those elusive actions into focus and integrate them with ease. Leave with clearer pathways — and a solid home base for venturing into the wonderfully wild terrain of your own practice. Please feel free to submit questions ahead of time.

Discounts:

  • Discount on your second registered 1.5 hr class per term will bring your cost down from $21 per class to $18 (1.25 hr class from $20 to $17).
  • Discount on your third registered 1.5 hr class will bring the cost down from $21 to $17.
  • The 4th class is no cost and gives unlimited access to all classes for the term.
Missed classes can be made up during the current term you are registered in by dropping into another class anytime during the term. Make up classes do not extend into another term. If you are unable to attend in person, you can receive class recordings or attend the class online. There are no refunds for classes.

Once you receive an invoice, you can pay by sending an e transfer, cash or cheque at the studio.

  • 1.5 hour class: $25.00 + GST
  • 1.25 hour class: $24.00 + GST
