This special class is limited to just six students so that we can provide deluxe support in every pose.
Immerse yourself in deeply restful poses with the help of sandbags, eye pillows, and other props to encourage profound relaxation.
The class will be taught by both Vincent and Brandy, allowing us to offer individualized support and the gentle application of weight in each pose to enhance the experience of deep rest.
This will be a very quiet, inward-focused practice, inviting you to settle into stillness and release tension. Invite yourself to learn how to receive energy.
