Learn all about menstrual practices. In this workshop we will cover practices that support your cycle so you can find balance in both body and mind. We will cover practices for common problems such as cramps, headaches, fatigue, pms and more!

If you are struggling with back pain, this workshop is for you. We will work through ways to tackle and work in your practice safely. Learn when and how to back up your poses to find more space and freedom. Bring your questions!

We will gather with intention at this time of year where the stillness and darkness invites us to reflect and move our attention within. On the first night, we will focus on restoration and on the second night we will practice more actively as we honour the shift towards a little more light each day.
